The 2012 Customer Survey used the Net Promoter Score (NPS) method to determine satisfaction, which included a numerical rating system and two open-ended questions requesting comments and suggestions. Leaders at Apex reviewed responses to the survey and discussed opportunities to enhance our partnership with customers.

We are proud to announce the excellent rating we received placed us on Inavero’s 2012 Best of Staffing™ Client List. The 2012 Best of Staffing™ Client Award, presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, is the nation’s only client satisfaction award that recognizes exceptional client service within the staffing and recruiting industry.

We are very excited about the positive feedback we received from our customers. Many of the comments noted we excelled in customer service by responding quickly to requests and providing high-quality resources. Another common theme was praise for the strong relationships between customers and Apex representatives.

Although we are proud of our accomplishments, we also understand there is always room to improve. Many customers requested we increase the amount of communications throughout the year. As a result of that feedback, we are working with branch representatives to determine the best methods of connecting with customers and plan to implement new processes in 2012.
