BUSINESS UPDATE FROM THE FOUNDERS

APEX SYSTEMS IS NOW PART OF ON ASSIGNMENT

On March 20, 2012 Apex Systems entered into a definitive agreement with On Assignment, a leading, publicly-traded professional staffing firm specializing in the growing information technology, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.

This is a milestone event in our company’s efforts to become the most recognized and trusted IT staffing firm in the market. Together, Apex Systems and On Assignment will become a $1.3 billion public company and the second largest IT staffing firm in the U.S., with combined IT staffing revenues exceeding $1 billion.

Our business, and its success, has always revolved around doing what is in the best interests of our clients and alliance partners and this step in our development is no exception.

We will operate as a division of On Assignment, but will continue to use our brand name “Apex Systems.” Our management team will remain in place after the completion of the transaction and will continue to run the day-to-day operations. In short, we believe, and are working to ensure, that this transaction is virtually invisible to our clients and alliance partners. Notwithstanding, On Assignment’s expertise in providing high-end IT consulting services will only further augment our own capabilities and give us added strength and breadth to address our client’s needs.
